VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Executive assistance – includes general office support such as answering phone calls, email management, preparation of reports and documents, etc.
  • Online marketing support – social media management
  • Customer support via phone, web based and ticketing system
  • Client Management – includes understanding  and working with the client’s nature of business and its processes and system
  • Blog posts/articles
  • Product and website reviews

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and internet application skills
  • Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization is a plus
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule
  • Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

VIRTUAL ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Will handle client from New Zealand on accounting and administrative tasks (training will be provided)
  • Executive assistance – includes general office support such as answering phone calls, email management, preparation of reports and documents, etc.
  • Client Management – includes understanding  and working with the client’s nature of business and its processes and system

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferable majoring in Accounting or Finance-related courses
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and thoroughness are essential
  • Proficient computer and internet application skills
  • This is for a day shift position – 8am to 5pm
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

COMPUTER NETWORK SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Will handle technical support for foreign client, including diagnosing and resolving network issues over the phone and via screen-sharing

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, and other related course
  • Background in Basic Computer Networking
  • Certifications / background on CompTIA Network+. CompTIA A+ preferred, but not necessary
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule 8pm – 5am
  • Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

    Wow! i was amazed how the company payed back their employees for their hard work by giving them benefits and bonuses. they also treat them just like a family, providing them with free meal on Fridays and endless supply of drinks. where in davao you can find this kind of company? maybe there are few. but the fact i more like about this company is they don’t have work on weekends.
