Working with a virtual assistant always comes with a set of expectations. Every business owner who hires a VA goes into it with high hopes that their partnership will go as planned. They already envisioned streamlining their processes, delegating certain tasks, and basically letting their virtual assistants become an active part of their business.
We, at Pepper, also approach our clients the same way. We know that they have certain expectations and our job is to meet or exceed them. We aim to be the team that they envision having—the kind that offers high-quality service, excellent output, and the flexibility every business owner desires.
When we receive client feedback like this, it validates the hard work we put into our virtual assistance company. It also affirms that our efforts in rigorously training and investing on our VAs translate into exceptional performance that makes our clients happy and satisfied!
Chris McIntyre is one of the clients we had last year. He is the author of the notable and insightful business leadership book The Roadmap to Freedom: A Small-Business Owner’s Guide to Connecting People to a Core Message and a Peak Performance expert. Chris is also a renowned Certified Speaking Professional and has toured around the globe holding seminars, coaching, and keynote events. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, small to mid-sized businesses, and non-profits.
In the video, Chris gives you an inside look at The Pepper Experience and shows you how our partnership has helped his business. We had a great time working with Chris, too! He’s the kind of client who knows what he wants but is always open to suggestions. He’s an amazing motivator and dynamic collaborator. We definitely look forward to working with him again!

I am fairly new to the virtual assistance world. For someone like me who wants to get in to the industry and have a pleasant idea of what this area is about then this article is very inspiring. I have had share of what it is like being a support as I have been a phone service professional for more than 5 years. Even though I only get to interact over the phone and process customer’s request for a specific product, the fulfillment is there whenever we resolved their concerns. When I saw the video, it is a reminiscent of how our customers feel everytime. This made me more interested as VA does not target a specific product but instead targets the tasks, what needs to be done and how it should done.
I’m new to this kind of industry and I think this is really a tough job.In this article it made me think that it’s really a challenging job for someone who doesn’t have this kind of experience.I’ve had a quite different job before which is being a virtual esl teacher but one thing we have in common is that we know that they have certain expectations and our job is to meet or exceed them. In my previous job I should give them high quality of education that they want from us and we should give it to them since we are paid from it and I really agree to this article that whenever we receive positive feedbacks from the clients,it validates the hard work we put into the company. The efforts were paid off and it makes us highly motivated and inspired to work more knowing that our clients are satisfied with what we do.This article made me more interested being a VA.
I haven’t got an experience for being a VA. However, I think it is tough during your first few days but as soon as you get the hang of it, you will be okay and feel at ease with it. I think what’s challenging is on how your client/s expect you to do. This is certainly a good experience I suppose.
I have already an experience being a virtual assistant. It is not a tough job but it is not also a easiest job but for me, this job really thought me a lot. how to manage your time, how to handle things on your own. You and your client will make a decision. Teamwork is really important and sometimes you have to decide on your own.
To work as a virtual assistant, requires dedication and zeal to meet the necessities of your client. We need to be able to identify their needs personally and professional to be able to analyze what we should deliver. As a new-comer to this industry, I hope I can maintain the quality of work that the company envisions to offer the market.
For me who doesn’t have any an experience as a virtual assistant, is expected of me that the things that I do should be efficient, correct and error-free. If this will always take place, then it client’s would ask more from you. It takes two to tango, if you will be a good in what you are doing, your client would also be good with you. Take care of your client and he/she will take care of you as long as you are working with them.
