Keep communication lines open to make them feel comfortable talking with you.

    Filipinos are industrious who wouldn’t take no as answer for any request. They always ensure that their tasks were of excellence and not of mediocrity. It is never an issue for them to work on late hours or night shifts, as long as they can bring food to the table or sustain their family’s needs. Second, Filipinos are very skillful beings there is. They are fluent in English who can replicate any accent, computer literate who can maneuver any computer applications and good team players who always have a helping hand for their colleagues.
