for my own thoughts, to motivate an employee to work hard is the compensation they got in the company. When we describe the person working abroad. Why they still want to work their even in their hard times. It is because they receive a higher salary their and when it comes to work, if they can see your hard work, they easily trusted you and increase your value as a good employee.

As an employee, if company will be giving motivations to us, that will be considered as trusting their people, because they are encouraging us to do good jobs and they want us to excel on what we are doing. Giving incentives and celebrating achievements are also considered as a compensation to the employees, because we felt the care and appreciation of the company on what good things we have done and we will strive harder as well to give more good jobs to the company. Appreciation is the best part when you’re doing a great job.

Motivation is one great factor in any line of work or business for it to be successful. For me, rewards, celebrations and right compensation can be also one of the many factors to motivate an employee to do good things, strive and work harder but it’s not all about money. Good relationships with co-worker, nice, good and positive environment can also be an added factor to motivate an employee.
